We appreciate the interest many people had in serving in leadership for the conference. The Nominations Committee will continue to accept Potential Leader’s Information Forms and Recommendations throughout the remainder of the year. The Texas Conference has many qualified and willing leaders and it has been a joy and a challenge to make the nomination decisions. I ask that we continue to pray for our Conference and Mission U Leaders as you feel led.
I particularly want to thank the Executive Committee for your support after my accident and during my recuperation. The calls, cards and text were very encouraging. I ask that you keep me in your prayers as I continue my recovery.
